Presenting our very own artisan baked Hoagies!
We offer Hoagies in two types of dough: traditional French and lightly sweet Challah. They come in two sizes: nine-inch and seven-inch and are designed for meatball subs or any large sandwiches.

Our French Hoagies are characterized by a thin, crisp crust and slightly chewy center. We use a basic lean dough lightly enriched with olive oil, for a crust and crumb as traditional as anything served in France. This Hoagie is vegan, which makes it perfect for any kind of sandwich.

Our Challah Hoagies boast a soft crust with a dark, glossy sheen. The pale yellow crumb is soft and subtly sweet. They are an ideal complement to seafood or vegetarian fillings.
