Artisan bread is mixed, folded, shaped and baked by humans, not machines. The bread is made from ingredients that you are familiar with: flour, salt, yeast, filtered water, honey, etc. Some of our flours come from family owned mills that have been milling flour for over 100 years. Because we allow the dough plenty of time to ferment–the bread is light and airy with developed flavor and crispy brown crust. Our bakers take pride in their craft and monitor temperatures and humidity levels, to ensure that our bread comes out delicious each day.
