Introducing our Sourdough English Muffins! At SOWB, our English Muffin dough is hand shaped and folded three times to ensure the light and tender texture of these cornmeal dusted muffins. Though English Muffins are traditionally made with milk or butter, we made our muffins vegan by using almond milk. And we lightly sweeten them with agave.
They are sold by the dozen on Sundays, Mondays and Thursdays.
Everything Spiced rolls and sandwich buns are topped with “Everything” seasoning commonly seen on bagels. This seasoning contains: poppy seeds, toasted sesame seeds, dried garlic, dried onion, and salt. Our bakers sprinkle this savory seasoning on top of the egg wash of our challah rolls/buns right before baking. The warmth of the oven brings out all the delicious flavor!
Everything seasoning will be sold on our challah rolls and buns, which are always dairy free. They come in a variety of sizes and are sold by the dozen.
