Stone Oven Wholesale Bakery has been a proud partner since 2023 of the Hunger Network’s Food Rescue Program.  https://hungernetwork.org/food-rescue/about-food-rescue/  According to Hunger Network, it’s not that America doesn’t produce enough food, it’s that good food is ending up in landfills.  Hunger Network Food Rescue is a direct response to the disconnect between food waste and hunger.

Stone Oven Wholesale Bakery donates bread we can’t sell, for a variety of reasons, to Hunger Network.  All this bread gets distributed to those who are hungry in Cleveland.  We look forward to continuing this relationship for many years to come.

Our very popular challah buns are not only perfect for burgers, but are also great for chicken, fish and even plant-based burgers. And they are dairy free.

If you’re a chef, SOWB Buns will enhance the flavors of your signature sandwiches. For our retail customers, consider selling them in bags of 4, 6 or 8 to your customers–we can provide our brand labels. These buns come in plain, sesame, and everything seasoning and are available in slider size as well.

We also bake Hotdog Buns! They are 6 inches long and perfect for grilled or steamed dogs.

Hoagies

Presenting our very own artisan baked Hoagies!

We offer Hoagies in two types of dough: traditional French and lightly sweet Challah. They come in two sizes: nine-inch and seven-inch and are designed for meatball subs or any large sandwiches.

French Hoagies (VEGAN)

Our French Hoagies are characterized by a thin, crisp crust and slightly chewy center. We use a basic lean dough lightly enriched with olive oil, for a crust and crumb as traditional as anything served in France. This Hoagie is vegan, which makes it perfect for any kind of sandwich.

Challah Hoagies

Our Challah Hoagies boast a soft crust with a dark, glossy sheen. The pale yellow crumb is soft and subtly sweet. They are an ideal complement to seafood or vegetarian fillings.
