Introducing our new Herb Bread! Our bakers start with our already delicious focaccia dough, and add marjoram, dill, rosemary and garlic. After a slow, cold fermentation, the dough is weighed, shaped and baked.
Pan loaves are decorated with a glossy egg wash and sprigs of fresh dill.
Our new Herb Bread is available as 1# demi pan loaves, 4oz buns, and 2oz dinner rolls.
