Hi, we’re David, Bill and Joe Incorvia. Were the owners of Stone Oven Wholesale Bakery, established in 1993. The three of us have been in business together since 2014. Bill and Joe are one of nine children growing up in a house with two kitchens. There was the main kitchen on the first floor for day-to-day meal preparation. And then, there was the basement kitchen for baking, wine making and large family gatherings. This is where grandma made the breads, pizza, pies and pasta. Grampa made the wine. The basement kitchen and wine cellar is where family memories were made. And of course, the dining table stretched the length of the basement.
David represents the next generation of the family. David is the face of our business and runs our small Midtown Cleveland bread factory. Cleveland with its many and diverse ethnic communities is the special place to make our artisan breads. The breads that make your meals special.

All of us are deeply committed to meeting the needs of the community – that’s why we offer almost two dozen types of dough that we can bake into almost any size or shape.
