Our Herb Bread will bring to mind “a fragrance garden comprised of distinctly aromatic herbs…grown through the centuries for their pleasing aroma.” Oh, wait, that phrase actually describes the Cleveland Botanical Garden which is where we got the inspiration for our flavor-filled Herb Bread. Stone Oven Wholesale bakers start with our already delicious focaccia dough, then mix in marjoram, dill, rosemary and garlic. After a slow, cold fermentation, the dough is weighed, shaped and baked. The Pan loaves are decorated with a glossy egg wash and sprigs of fresh dill.

Our Herb Bread is available as 1# demi pan loaves, large 44oz pan loaves (perfect for sandwiches), 4oz buns, and 2oz dinner rolls.
