At SOWB, our English Muffin is lightly sweet with a delicious corn meal dusted crust. The muffin dough is hand shaped and folded three times to ensure the light and tender texture of these sandwich muffins. Traditionally made with milk or butter, we wanted our English Muffins to be enjoyed by everyone, so we made them vegan, using almond milk instead. The light sweetness comes from agave.
